Are you in the right place?
Organizational Effectiveness Lab
(HCM Consulting)
This service IS for you if:
-
You value proactivity, transparency, and integrity, and want a team that can think and act independently while staying loyal to your company culture.
-
You believe in solving problems with a “come with a problem, leave with a solution” mindset and prefer clear, practical insights about risks and consequences.
-
You see your people as your most valuable resource and want to build a sustainable, growth-oriented culture that aligns your business goals with your People strategy.
-
You’ve struggled with traditional HR approaches that felt administrative or disconnected, and want a system that delivers measurable value without wasting budget on trends.
-
You aim to scale your company without losing culture or control, with structures and processes that don’t depend solely on you.
-
You want employees who take initiative, solve problems, and contribute to a stable, high-performing organization where everyone feels their work matters.
-
You’re ready to invest in expert People support when you recognize the real cost of trying to do everything yourself.
This service is NOT for you if:
-
You see HCM simply as a cost center or an administrative burden, rather than a strategic driver of growth and success.
-
You treat your people as tools or expendable assets instead of valuing them as essential resources that need to be nurtured, developed, and supported.
-
You believe investing in your employees’ development and well-being is a waste of time or money.
-
You’re not open to change or willing to commit to building sustainable systems that empower your team and improve your company’s performance.
Essentially, if you see your people as your most valuable asset and want to give them everything they need to succeed, then this service is for you.
How do we get started?
We always start with a conversation. In a free 30-minute meeting, you’ll tell me what challenge you’re currently facing—and where you’d ideally like to be.
Whether it’s a drop in team performance, unclear talent strategy, poor communication, or something harder to pin down, this is your space to lay it all out.
Then, I’ll ask targeted questions to understand not just the surface-level issue, but what’s happening behind the scenes.
Essentially, we treat this conversation like a diagnostic to identify the holes in your People systems that are likely contributing to the problem, and to see whether we're a good fit to work together.
After that, based on what you tell me—and your level of readiness, internal resources, and long-term goals—we settle on one of two paths forward:
-
A focused, project-based engagement to address the specific issue, or
-
A fractional collaboration where I take the lead in implementing and maintaining sustainable solutions.
What are your options moving forward?
First up is the project-based engagement. This option is perfect for companies that:
-
Want to understand the root of their problem and get expert guidance, without committing to a long-term collaboration.
-
Know they need to act, but aren’t ready (yet) for ongoing transformation.
-
Are working with limited internal resources or tighter budgets
In this scenario, I conduct a thorough review of the specific HCM area where you're experiencing challenges—whether that’s your upcoming performance review that you have no idea how to actually make work, team communication, role clarity, or solving a conflict. Then, I analyze the findings and deliver a clear diagnostic report, complete with actionable recommendations.
Essentially, you’ll walk away with clarity and direction, with me telling you: “Here’s what’s wrong, here’s why it’s happening, and here’s what I’d do if I were in your shoes.”
Our second option is a fractional HR partnership. This option is perfect for companies that:
-
Want a proactive, strategic approach to HCM
-
Are ready to prevent problems, not just put out fires
-
Value continuous improvement and long-term impact
-
Grow fast and need systems that scale with them.
In this scenario, I join your team for a 6–12 month engagement, acting as your fractional HR lead. I don’t just advise from the sidelines — I take ownership of a key People function or initiative and drive it forward.
That means building systems from the ground up, rolling them out, and ensuring they stick. Whether we’re creating a performance management process, developing a meaningful employee journey, improving internal communication, or developing your leadership, I’ll work closely with leadership to align on goals, educate teams, and embed the changes into day-to-day operations.
Optional Extension:
Once our initial work is complete, we can extend the collaboration to address other areas of HCM or continue improving the systems we've built, depending on your needs.
What do you get out of this, regardless of the model?
No matter the path, we'll make sure that:
-
The real cause of the problem is understood.
-
Solutions aligned with your available resources are communicated clearly, so everyone understands their role.
-
We find a solution that makes a meaningful difference, without taking a hammer to your core structure (even when the problem runs so deep that an external intervention seems pointless).
-
Changes are implemented in a way that empowers (not confuses) teams.
-
The organization gets tools to continue developing, with or without me.
Pricing
The project-based engagement, covering the initial diagnostic review and a detailed action plan with recommendations, is priced at $3,000-$6,000, depending on the scope.
A fractional HR partnership, involving active leadership and implementation of sustainable HR systems is priced as follows:
6 month engagement: starts at $30,000
9 month engagement: starts at $45,000
12 month engagement: starts at $57,000
*All prices are subject to adjustment due to scope and subject matter.
If, after establishing the foundational system, you want to hire me for high-level recruitment support, this service is offered as a separate add-on and will be priced accordingly.
See the Services Page to see the types of (both short- and long-term) projects I can take on. If you don't see your current challenge on there, don't hesitate to reach out and tell me all about it — I love me a new challenge!
Work-Life Alignment Lab
(Career Consulting)
You know it’s time for a change.
Maybe you’re itching to grow in your current role.
Maybe you’re at a crossroads and don’t know which path actually leads to fulfillment.
Or maybe you're done following someone else's version of success and want to define your own.
What you don’t want is another cookie-cutter solution or a one-size-fits-all personality test telling you you’re “like Steve Jobs.”
That’s not what we do here. Here, we work on building you a career that fits like a second skin.
This is for you if:
-
You're a high-achieving professional who feels like you've done everything right—but you're still wondering: “What’s next?”
-
You’re going through a career transition, eyeing a promotion, or thinking about starting your own thing—and you want clarity, a plan, and a professional by your side.
-
You know you're capable of more—more freedom, more meaning, more aligned success.
-
You want to align your work with your values, strengths, and long-term vision. You want a work that matters to you and works in your favor—not just in favor of someone else’s goals and KPIs.
-
You want a work where you get to be a whole human being, seen and heard—not just a productive professional.
-
You know where you wanna get—but don’t know how to get there.
-
You’re willing to look within, challenge some beliefs, and do the inner work—because real change doesn’t happen in a comfort zone.
This is not for you if:
-
You expect plug-and-play, pre-written answers.
-
You’re looking for someone to hand you a new CV and a magic solution.
-
You’re not ready to take action between sessions.
What’s Different About This Career Coaching Process?
-
We start not with advice, but with data—you-specific data.
-
At the center of the process is the Harrison Assessment:
-
Scientifically backed
-
Uniquely personal
-
Measures 175+ traits, predictors, and skills
-
Designed to help you discover not just what you’re good at, but what will bring you long-term satisfaction and growth
So, unlike the classic personality tests, this isn’t about boxing you in.
It’s about understanding how you work, what you need, and what kind of environment helps you realize your fullest potential (cliché, I know, but that's exactly what's happening here).
How It Works (Step-by-Step):
-
Free 30-Minute Intro Call
We start with a conversation. You share your career goals or current dilemmas. I explain how the process works and answer your questions. If it’s a fit—we move forward with a clear service agreement outlining your goals, deliverables and milestones (so you know what to expect—every step of the way), and the assessment itself.
-
Harrison Assessment (20–40 mins)
You’ll complete it in your own time. No right or wrong answers, just focus. The system even flags if you were distracted or rushed, so if accuracy is low, we retake it.
-
Debrief & Coaching Session
We meet to review and interpret your full report: graphs, word-based insights, strengths, blind spots, etc. You’ll get a clear snapshot of:
-
Where you are now
-
What skills/traits you need to develop to reach your goal
-
An action plan to bridge the gap. For instance, clients come in thinking they just need a new job title, but their report shows a gap in leadership traits like delegation, risk-taking, or assertiveness. That aha moment? That’s where we start building and, as these traits improve, so do your opportunities.
-
Ongoing Coaching (Optional but Recommended)
If you’re ready to move from insight to action, we work together through regular sessions (every 2 weeks) where we:
-
Set personal development goals
-
Assign real-life tasks
-
Track your growth with personalized follow-ups
-
Adapt the plan as you go
-
Written Session Summaries After Each Meeting
No need to take frantic notes. You’ll receive a post-session report with key takeaways, action steps, and reflections.
What You Get:
-
1-on-1, personalized coaching with a certified Harrison consultant
-
A science-backed career satisfaction assessment
-
Personalized career development roadmap

Implementation guidance and accountability
-
Session reports you can revisit anytime
-
A supportive, no-fluff approach to lasting career change
Duration & Structure
-
Initial process: Intro call → Assessment → Debrief session

Still Wondering If It’s Right for You?
Here are some common concerns, addressed:
“I don’t have time right now.”
That’s exactly why this process helps—it focuses your energy on what matters, and helps you stop wasting time on things that don’t align with who you are.
“What if the assessment isn’t accurate?”
It literally checks if your answers are reliable. If they’re not—we redo it. No extra charge.
“I just want a new job, not self-reflection.”
Totally fair—but if you want a job that actually sticks, you’ll want clarity first. Otherwise, you’ll be back in this same spot in six months.
